The place is beautiful. Cable car ride was awesome. But unfortunately it was raining heavily so we couldn't enjoy the outdoor theme park

Wonderful experience. The theme park and it's staff were user friendly. Photography was excellent to capture the moments. A must place to visit.

Ticket redemption at theme park remained smooth, always utilize Skyworld app for rides reservation and arrive at park early (10am).

Was great and kids really enjoyed but my little one didn't get any rides as he was bot allowed although i purchased his ticket as child which was totally wasted

Head out . But the theme park needs more professionalism . Most of games are close or under maintenance. Many other games is so crowded . So yo you end up with 2-3 games per day.

We were lucky to have some good weather in the morning. We went on the Ice Age ride & saw the Ice Age show. Unfortunately we were not made aware of how wet you get on the Epic ride. They should give a warning. My husband got really wet & it was cold so we had to leave the park.

There should be people guiding people. Virtual Que did not work and program is made in such a way that without selecting even a single virtual queue, it said we have exhausted all the attempts.

I had a terrible experience at Genting SkyWorlds. I bought my ticket expecting to enjoy the rides, but the ticket was not a VQ (Virtual Queue) pass. I had to wait 2 hours in the queue just to get on one ride. To make things worse, after waiting 2 hours for the roller coaster, they suddenly announced a technical issue, and I couldn’t even ride it. I only managed to take one ride the whole day because of the long waiting times. I feel this is very poorly managed. For such an expensive ticket, the experience was not worth it at all. I am very disappointed and will not recommend Genting SkyWorlds unless they improve their queue system and communication with guests.

Genting highlands was unexpected by way of the shopping experience. I didn't realise there was so much up on the mountain. The cable carts were great and well organised. Batu caves was good, the crowd was busy though, and people running late to get back onto the bus home was some what frustrating, however, a great day indeed!

Khelvin our guide was so informative and patient with all of us. The group of people I met during the tour was also amazing.

The Guide was fabulous with his job.

We had a wonderful time. Prabaz was very pleasant and easy to chat with. He was very accommodating with our request to stay longer in Batu Caves. He also took us to the batik workshop which my wife truly appreciated. Prabaz also took us to an excellent lunch spot where the office workers ate.

Pilot Praha was very friendly wand knowledgeable. He was punctual (even arrived early). He prepared for us water and umbrella. He gave us great food recommendations as well!

I enjoyed the tour with Sathesh a lot, he knows a lot about his hometown and told me a lot of things. I loved the cage the most!

Pilot PRABAZ was absolutely wonderful, he took great care of us to ensure we had a great trip. The trip to the Batu Caves was outstanding and would definitely recommend the trip

What an amazing time we have just spent with Jennifer. It has been a truly memorable and special experience. Jennifer is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. I would have no hesitation in recommending both her and this tour. There was a festival at the caves which I found totally mesmerising. The whole trip has made my birthday very special.

Riding the cable cars and soaring over the highlands was one of the most magical activity one can experience. Our tour guide was very caring and accommodating. If anyone is in KL, do not miss out on this opportunity.
